- Description
Humans make mistakes. If the users of the systems you're building are human, they probably want easy ways to correct their mistakes. They ask for 'undo' functionality. Systems make mistakes too, or maybe there was just a misunderstanding.
This talk explores how to build systems with reversibility built-in. We’ll cover the principles behind a great user experience for undo. We'll talk about how to model the problem and how to implement it. There are many ways to skin this cat, so trade-offs will have to be made. And even if we'd like it differently, there are limits to what can be undone.
This talk should be interesting for anyone striving to make their users awesome by building better systems.
